Goldman Sachs added Fresenius Medical Care (NYSE: FMS) to its Pan-Europe Conviction Buy List, saying the stock stock's 9% underperformance versus the sector since September 1st offers a compelling opportunity to buy a structural leader within EU Medtech.
Goldman revised its price target from EUR74 to EUR71 and lowered estimates 2%-3% to reflect weaker-than-expected 3Q12 results.
"We continue to view FMC as uniquely positioned to capitalize on the structural growth in the dialysis market given its dominant market position."
