Excelon (EXC) Continues Seeing Pressure in Wake of Sandy; Files Updated H112 Results w/ Constellation

Excelon Corp. (NYSE: EXC) shares are pressured again on Friday's session, as volume on the day is already more than double its typical average.
Investors are evaluating the fallout from Hurricane Sandy this week, which affected many regions in which Excelon operates, not to mentioned its quarterly report issued earlier in the week.
Jefferies cut its rating on Excelon earlier, fearing a possible dividend cut. The firm trimmed its price target by $5.50 to $34.
Additionally, Excelon filed pro forma results for the first-half of 2012 which include results from Constellation Energy Group. The statements reflect combined results as well as adjustments made to complete the merger.
Shares are down about 4 percent Friday. The stock fell through the 50-day SMA and psychological support level of $35 as well on Thursday's session.
