In Autos, TRW (TRW) Has it, Others Don't

Jefferies maintained a Buy on TRW Automotive Holdings (NYSE: TRW) and trimmed its price target to $54.00 (from $55.00). TRW shares are trading higher since reporting earnings that beat estimates earlier this week.

"Excluding currency and divestitures, sales were up 9% YoY in 3Q — even as many suppliers have been missing 3Q top-line expectations. TRW achieved these results despite having some of the highest Europe exposure in the group," noted Peter Nesvold.

TRW Automotive is Nesvold's top pick in autos.

"With an EC settlement still ahead, we think there is plenty of headroom from the current valuation of 3.5x NTM EBITDA," he said.
