Winthrop Realty Trust (NYSE: FUR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1625 per share, or $0.65 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 27, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.9 percent.
