Chesapeake Lodging Trust (CHSP) Tops Q3 EPS by 6c; Guides FY12 FFO

Chesapeake Lodging Trust (NYSE: CHSP) reported Q3 EPS of $0.21, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $75.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $72.61 million.

Sees FY12 FFO of $1.57-1.60, versus prior guidance of $1.58-1.66.
