Oppenheimer maintained an Outperform rating on CA (NASDAQ: CA) but trimmed its price target to $26.00 (from $28.00). The company reported earnings after the bell on Thursday, an they were mostly in line, though bookings were weak.
"A weakening macro economy coupled with internal sales issues prompted the company to lower FY13 guidance. Still, it remains committed to its capital allocation plan and $1.00 dividend," said analyst Shaul Eyal.
He thinks the company will continue to return cash, and this, in his opinion, makes the stock attractive.

Shares of CA closed at $24.90 yesterday.
