Hershey Foods Corp. (HSY) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10.5% to $0.42; 2.4% Yield

Hershey Foods Corp. (NYSE: HSY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.42 per share, or $1.68 annualized. This is a 10.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.38.

The dividend will be payable on December 14, 2012, to stockholders of record on November 23, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of November 20, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.4 percent.
