Annapolis Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: ANNB) 50.3% HIGHER; F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB) and Annapolis Bancorp, Inc. jointly announce the signing of a definitive merger agreement pursuant to which F.N.B. Corporation will acquire Annapolis Bancorp, Inc., the Annapolis-based holding company and parent of BankAnnapolis, in an all stock transaction valued at approximately $12.09 per share, or $51 million in the aggregate using the closing stock price as of Friday, October 19, 2012.

BSD Medical Corporation (Nasdaq: BSDM) 24.1% HIGHER; announced that published study results demonstrate improved rates of complete pathological tumor response (no evidence of viable tumor in primary tumor and lymph nodes) in advanced rectal cancer patients from the addition of hyperthermia, delivered using the BSD-2000 Hyperthermia System.

Overseas Shipholding Group Inc. (NYSE: OSG) 20.3% HIGHER; making a huge bounce after dropping 62 percent on potential bankruptcy concerns.

Heelys, Inc. (Nasdaq: HLYS) 18.4% HIGHER; Heelys and The Evergreen Group Ventures, LLC entered into a definitive asset purchase agreement under which an affiliate of Evergreen will acquire substantially all of the operating assets and assume substantially all of the operating liabilities of Heelys and its subsidiaries for $13.9 million in cash, subject to customary pre- and post-closing adjustments.

ARM Holdings plc (Nasdaq: ARMH) 12.5% HIGHER; reported Q3 earnings of $0.14 per ADS, versus the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $227.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $222.2 million. Shares are also ramping into Apple's (Nasdaq: AAPL) iPad today.

Cogo Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: COGO) 11.6% HIGHER; entered into a definitive agreement for the sale of certain subsidiaries to its Chairman and CEO Jeffrey Kang. The main terms of the deal are unchanged from the Company's press release on September 24, 2012.

Lawson Products Inc. (Nasdaq: LAWS) 10.2% LOWER; P.H. Glatfelter Company (NYSE: GLT) will replace Lawson Products in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Friday, October 26

Monster Beverage (Nasdaq: MNST) 10.2% LOWER; Goldman Sachs removed Monster from its Conviction Buy while cutting its price target by $13 to $62.

HealthStream, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSTM) 9.8% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.07, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $26.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $25.49 million. HealthStream anticipates that consolidated revenues for the full-year 2012 will grow by 24 to 26 percent when compared to the full-year 2011. We anticipate revenue growth in the HealthStream Learning segment to be in the 34 to 36 percent range and HealthStream Research’s revenue to increase by approximately one to three percent over the prior year.

Autoliv, Inc. (NYSE: ALV) 9.7% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.23, $0.23 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.46. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.95 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.96 billion

DuPont (NYSE: DD) 8.7% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.23, $0.24 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $7.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $8.14 billion. DuPont sees FY2012 EPS of $3.25-3.30, versus the consensus of $3.93.
