Deutsche Bank reiterated a Buy rating on Wynn Resorts (NASDAQ: WYNN) and raised its price target to $141.00 (from $118.00).

In the near term, analyst Carlo Santarelli thinks Wynn will benefit from slightly better than recently expected quarter, additional VIP capacity coming online at Wynn Macau which could minimize and/or reverse the trend of declining rolling chip volumes, and the much discussed year-end special dividend.

Longer term, he thinks WYNN shares will benefit from an underappreciated growth driver in Cotai, normalized growth in Macau against a backdrop of reset expectations and no new supply, and an improving LV Strip with a stronger backlog of business for 2013.
