Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.36 per share, or $1.44 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on October 31, 2012, to stockholders of record on October 24, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of October 22, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 9.8 percent.
