Deutsche Bank maintained a Buy on Lowe's (NYSE: LOW) and raised its price target to $35.00 (from $30.00).

"We see a number of reasons why LOW’s business trends should pick up in the coming quarters, some internally related and some due to external factors," said analyst Mike Baker.

Barker thinks, in the near term, Lowe's guidance suggest stable trends, with comps flat, similar to last quarter.

"As internal and external drivers kick in, we believe comps will return to the low single digit range in 2013. We model a 2% comp in 1Q13 versus consensus of 0.9%," said Barker.
