Who you callin' Buster, Buster?

Due to unfavorable market conditions, venerable arcade, bar, and restaurant operator has shelved plans to launch an initial public offering of its common stock.

CEO Steve King noted that the company had, in fact, received significant interest from potential investors.

Having filed a Form S-1 for its IPO in July 2011, D&B expected to sell 7.69 million shares at a price between $12 and $14 per share.

Recent restaurant IPOs include Bloomin' Brands (Nasdaq: BLMN) and Chuy's Holdings (Nasdaq: CHUY). Bloomin' is up about 35 since its August debut, while Chuy's is 95 percent better.
