Wells Fargo upgraded Thermo Fisher Scientific (NYSE: TMO) from Market Perform to Outperform with a price target of $72.50 (from $57.50).
Analysts are bullish on Thermo Fisher Scientific, especially considering its strength in the mass spectrometry.
"Our industry checks lead us to believe that TMO is taking share in the roughly $600 million high-end portion of the mass spec market", said Tim Evans. He is very optimistic about TMO's positioning, particularly at the high end.
