The following is a list of stocks crossing the 50-day simple moving average (SMA) and are either above or below the metric. The 50-day is considered an indicator of a potential near-term trend formation.

- Nokia (NYSE: NOK) - up 8.0 percent. Entered a new maps partnership with Oracle (Nasdaq: ORCL). Shares are getting back over $2.75 after finding some support at $2.50. The stock is also above its 20-day SMA, which is currently at $2.74.
- Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) - up 3.9 percent. Getting a boost from ISM Manufacturing data today and also named former Goldman partner George N. Mattson to its Board.
- Autodesk, Inc. (Nasdaq: ADSK) - up 0.4 percent. Completed the acquisition of HSMWorks Aps today.
- Wendy's (Nasdaq: WEN) - down 5.4 percent. Janney Montgomery cut Wendy's from Buy to Neutral, dropping its price target 50 cents to $4.75.
- MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc. (NYSE: WFR) - down 4.4 percent. Closed a $200 million debt offering today, though peers SunPower (Nasdaq: SPWR) and AXT, Inc. (Nasdaq: AXTI) are also seeing some pressure. Shares were seeing a little support by the 50-day over the last few sessions, should be interesting to watch if MEMC stays below $2.64.
- Seagate (Nasdaq: STX) - down 1.3 percent. Dougherty & Co. issued comments on a deal between Seagate and OCZ Tech (Nasdaq: OCZ), saying a merger is unlikely to happen.
