Crossing and above:
- Elan Corp. (NYSE: ELN) up 3.4 percent. Popping as Royalty Pharm raised its bid for the company to $12.50 per share.
- Arch Coal Inc. (NYSE: ACI) up 6.0 percent. Bouncing higher as Coal India reported a 90 percent gain in standing net profit to Rs 2,320.61 crore for its fiscal fourth quarter.
- Apple Inc. (Nasdaq: AAPL) up 2.2 percent. Could be seeing a move higher today on reports its retail operation is still head-and-shoulders above the competition.
- Merck & Co. Inc. (NYSE: MRK) down 1.7 percent. An analyst questioned the safety of Merck's sleep aid Suvorexant at higher doses.
- Tellabs (Nasdaq: TLAB) down 6.0 percent. Tellabs slipping today following teh abrupt resignation of CFO Andrew B. Szafran.
- Celsion Corp. (Nasdaq: CLSN) down 3.7 percent. Slightly retracing following a 7.5 percent jump last Friday on news of new HEAT Study analysis.
Qihoo 360 Technology Co. Ltd (NYSE: QIHU) is about flat in late trading Friday amid strong volume. The company is expected to report Q1 results on Monday morning.
Ahead of the bell, analysts are looking for Qihoo to post Q1 EPS of 14 cents on revs of $106.3 million. Numbers compare with EPS of 21 cents and revs of $69.3 million posted in the same period last year.
Notably, short interest on the name fell 15 percent from the middle through end of April. There are about 12.6 million short positions on the name, or 15.3 percent of float.
Money flow on today's session is favoring a tick higher. Net money flow is $9.6 million positive with an uptick-to-downtick ratio of 1.55 times.
Traders should also note that Qihoo hit a 52-week high at $41.38 today.
Crossing and above:
- Zynga, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZNGA) - up 9.8 percent. Nothing firm on Zynga today. Shares have been relatively flat recently and seeing support at the $3.15 to $3.25 level. Both Glu Mobile (Nasdaq: GLUU) and Caesars (Nasdaq: CZR) are higher on the session as well.
- Facebook, Inc. (Nasdaq: FB) - up 0.9 percent. Facebook found a little support at the 50-day SMA over the last month, but nothing has caught fire for the social media giant. An update for its 'Home' initiative on Android could be in the works to make the program more user friendly.
- Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE: LLY) - up 2.4 percent. Lilly ending positive over the last three sessions following a post-earnings slump earlier in the month. Last Friday, the company ended development of enzastaurin following Phase III data. Click here for more color.
- AT&T (NYSE: T) - down 0.9 percent. Plans to stop sales of the HTC First, the first smartphone with Facebook-focused features. AT&T drastically cut the price on the device to 99 cents with contract last week, hinting that sales might be a little stale.
- Affymax, Inc. (Nasdaq: AFFY) - up 3.7 percent. Shares looking to rebound after dropping 24 percent last Friday on earnings. Shares saw a good ramp into the report, nearly doubling to $1.81 last Thursday from $0.97 in April.
- Peabody Energy Corp. (NYSE: BTU) - down 4.1 percent. Has been rising since its quarterly report last month, but a recent slew of speculation surrounding U.S. and China coal demand has cut back some gains. The stock is fixing for a two-session slide after going ex-dividend on a 8.5 cent quarterly dividend last Friday.
Bank of America/Merrill Lynch (BAML) is commenting on Nokia (NYSE: NOK) following news that the next Lumia handset would be landing on Verizon's (NYSE: VZ) wireless network this month.
BAML noted that third-party data shows that broader adaptation of Lumia devices is subdued, though there are some improving trends, particularly in Russia and the U.K. Nokia's Asha is also showing some gains, though there is still some weakness in Asia. The firm sees device shipments likely missing expectations in the current quarter.
Improving profitability, as well as better cash generation in its key Devices & Services unit will also be key to upside in Nokia shares.
BAML has Nokia at Underperform with a price target of €1.85. The firm's bear case calls for a price target of €1.20, while its bull case is at €3.58.
Short interest on Nokia has fallen about 29 percent since the middle of March, now at 14.6 percent of total outstanding shares.

Stocks showing a near-term bullish trend, with the 20-day SMA crossing and moving above the 50-day SMA.
* Advanced Micro Devices (NYSE: AMD) - crossed at the start of May, just as AMD was mounting its recent march higher.
* Windstream Corp. (NYSE: WIN) - crossed toward the end of April, though the 20-day has been showing some downward movement recently.
* Facebook, Inc. (Nasdaq: FB) - has been trading in a $25 to $28 channel over the last few months, flattening out several SMAs.
* Sirius XM (Nasdaq: SIRI) - also seeing a move higher early in May, Sirius got the momentum going as it popped above the $3.20 level.
* MGM Resorts International (NYSE: MGM) - shares seeing some resistance at the $15 level, an upgrade from Sterna Agee helped MGM out today. The "Golden Cross" happened a few sessions back.
* Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) - has been trending higher since the middle of April. Delta announced a new dividend program and stock buyback earlier in the week, helping the recent move.
* Regions Financial (NYSE: RF) - regions has been on a tear, closing higher 12 of the last 14 sessions. Though the wins haven't been gigantic, the overall trend has helped out the 20-day SMA.
