Memorial Production Partners LP (NASDAQ: MEMP) declared a quarterly distribution of $0.495 per share, or $1.98 annualized. This is a 3.1% increase from the prior distribution of $0.48.

The distribution will be payable on November 12, 2012, to stockholders of record on November 1, 2012, with an ex-distribution date of October 30, 2012.

The annual yield on the distribution is 10.5 percent.
