Mitek Systems, Inc., (Nasdaq: MITK) today announced that it has filed suit against Israeli-based Top Image Systems (Nasdaq: TISA) in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware for infringement relate to mobile image capture and processing using a smartphone or tablet.
Mitek is seeking damages against Top Image Systems and injunctive relief to prevent Top Image Systems from selling its mobile imaging products, such as MobiCHECK.
