Kraft Foods Group (NASDAQ: KRFTV), the spin-off from Kraft (NASDAQ: KFT), to replace Alpha Natural Resources, Inc. (NYSE: ANR) in S&P 500. Kraft's spin-off Mondelez (NASDAQ: MDLZ) to stay in S&P 500.

Alpha Natural Resources to replace Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY) in S&P MidCap 400.

Korn/Ferry International to replace Pulse Electronics (NASDAQ: PULS) in S&P SmallCap 600.

InterDigital (NASDAQ: IDCC) to replace Quest Software (NASDAQ: QSFT) in S&P MidCap 400.

Genesee & Wyoming Inc. (NYSE: GWR) to replace Collective Brands, Inc. (NYSE: PSS) in S&P MidCap 400.
