Lennox International, Inc. (NYSE: LII) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is an 11.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.

The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on October 4, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of October 2, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.
