at 06:01 PM What a joke According to the acticle they say, because of a global slow down. WHAT A JOKE - the slow down is do to the board of directors and their credit department. Ex-customer's post is correct, they did the same thing to my company and we were doing over $600,000 with them a year - know we do Zippo - Sombody over there needs to wake up and smell the crap they have been shoveling.

at 05:55 PM SELL IT ALL - I agree The equipment lead times are getting stupid, seems to be more warranty issues then ever and they just keep cutting personnel, so no customer service whatsoever. I waited on hold for 35 min the other day and it wasn't even cold out. The worst is yet to come.

at 05:50 PM SELL IT ALL this company has made so many bad decisons in the past 12 months, it's remarkable. They cut our credit line and lower our terms to 30 days, to name a few. (no construction company in the world gets paid in 30 days). I have been a dedicated Lennox customer for over 15 years, never once Not paid an invoice. I owned stock in this company and always tried to push their products, but since all these recent bad moves I will not be using them anymore. York & Carrier will be sending LII something nice for Christmas this year.
