UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on Accretive Health (NYSE: AH) price target of $13.00 (from $12.00).
Analyst, Stephen Shankman, said, "One main topic was the contract renewal with Ascension. Management reiterated that the new 'gain share' is essentially the same (assuming AH hits its expected targets), but cost savings are now guaranteed. Thus, in the case of a hypothetical 6% projected cost savings target, now 3% will be guaranteed to Ascension instead of a prior 50/50 split; additional savings are kept by AH, but the company also bares some risk."
Shankman also noted that the company's long-term targets (14-18% EBITDA margin) were still in focus over the next 4-5 years, and management is bullish, but remains conservative.
