Goldman Sachs maintains a 'Neutral' on Warner Chilcott (NASDAQ: WCRX) price target of $15.00 (from $19.00).

Analyst, Gregory Waterman, said, "We lower our 12-month price target to reflect the payment of the $4.00 special dividend paid on September 10 to all shareholders of record as of August 31, 2012. We are also making incremental adjustments to our EPS estimates to reflect the specific terms of the loans issued to support the special dividend. Our 2012-2015 EPS estimates move to $3.87, $3.45, $2.77, and $3.14 from $3.85, $3.42, $2.74, and $3.09, respectively."

Waterman keeps his Neutral rating, citing pros: strong cash flow, low relative valuation and potential deal activity vs. cons: long-term visibility poor and revenue forecasts under pressure.
