Barclays maintains an 'Equalweight' on Dunkin' Brands (NASDAQ: DNKN) price target of $34.00.

Analyst, Jeffrey A. Bernstein, listed some top takeaways from a recent management meeting (with Dunkin's CEO, CFO and IR). Some of the important topics include: 1) U.S. consumer is challenged, but DNKN is insulated...there isn't any sign of reacceleration, but management remains confident of 4-5% in 2012 (which would be +2.7% in second half); 2) K-cup sales; 3) Competition is intense with McDonald's (NYSE: MCD) as largest competitor; 4) Pipeline remains robust through new openings and products; and 5) International opportunity remains huge, especially in Brazil, Mexico, UK and Germany.
