Shares of Amarin Corp Plc (Nasdaq: AMRN) are getting hit Tuesday morning following a late-Monday disclosure for Vascepa.
According to the filing, Amarin said it doesn't expect the FDA to include Vascepa in its Orange Book cumulative supplement, expected to be published on September 14th.
Amarin's Vascepa won FDA approval on July 26th.
Shares are down over 5.7 percent ahead of the opening bell Tuesday. For more commentary on the Orange Book, Jefferies issued an update in August.
