Zillow (Z) Prices Larger 4M Secondary Offering at $43/Share

Zillow, Inc. (Nasdaq: Z), the leading real estate information marketplace, announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 4,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price of $43.00 per share.
The number is up from the original amount of 3,175,000 shares.
A total of 3,425,000 shares are being offered by Zillow, and a total of 575,000 shares are being offered by Richard N. Barton, Lloyd D. Frink, The Frink Descendants' Trust and the Blachford-Mohit Family Trust. In addition, the underwriters have an option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 shares from Zillow. Zillow will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling shareholders.
