Brady Corp. (NYSE: BRC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share, or $0.76 annualized. This is a 2.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.185.

The dividend will be payable on October 31, 2012, to stockholders of record on October 10, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of October 5, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.7 percent.
