Jefferies reiterates a 'Buy' on Express Scripts (NASDAQ: ESRX) price target of $70.00.
Analyst, Brian Tanquilut, said, "TRICARE's decision to stick with a narrow pharmacy network that excludes Walgreen's (NYSE: WAG) provides strong validation for ESRX's limited network strategy/offering. Given the direct alignment of ESRX's incentives with its clients, we view increased adoption of cost-saving narrow pharmacy networks as a positive for ESRX."
