Jefferies maintains a 'Hold' on Campbell Soup (NYSE: CPB) price target of $36.00.

Analyst, Thilo Wrede, said, "CPB’s 4Q12 adj. EPS of $0.41 beat our expectations by 3?, helped by condensed soup inventory loading and taxes. More importantly, the guidance for FY13 is above our and the consensus forecast but most of the growth seems to come from the Bolthouse acquisition. While the core business appears to have stabilized, CPB still is a long way from reaching a healthier organic growth rate, in our view, and we remain cautious on the name."

FY EPS estimate raised from $2.51 to $2.54 and next year raised from $2.68 to $2.74.
