Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Corning (NYSE: GLW) price target of $14.00.

Analyst, Amir Rozwadowski, said, "Management's 2Q commentary on the overall demand environment suggested that a potential guidance reset could emerge at some point in 2H. However, our checks suggest that near-term industry trends - ASPs and demand - remain largely stable and thus we do not believe a near-term estimate reset is guaranteed."

Rozwadowski believes its worthwhile to look into potential positive catalysts for a possible event filled second half of the year.
