Square announced that the Square Card Reader is now available in more than 1,000 AT&T (NYSE: T) company owned retail stores, adding to the growing list of more than 20,000 retail locations across the country where Card Readers are sold. The Square Card Reader enables anyone to accept credit card payments on their mobile device and has seen rapid adoption from small business owners across the United States.
