Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Tiffany & Co. (NYSE: TIF) price target of $75.00.

Analyst, Robert S. Drbul, said, "Tiffany reported 2Q12 EPS of $0.72, below our estimate of $0.75. Worldwide constant currency comps were down (1)% in the quarter, in line with expectations, and up 21% on a two-year basis...We do note Tiffany faced difficult comps from 2Q11 including a 41% comp increase in both the NY flagship store and Asia Pacific."

Despite Drbul's cut in FY12 EPS estimate (from $3.70 to $3.60), he maintains FY13 EPS at $4.25, saying the company trades at a 25% discount to global luxury brand peers. As well, trends should improve with easier comps in the 2nd half of the year.
