Jefferies maintains a 'Hold' on UPS (NYSE: UPS) price target of $80.00.
Analyst, Peter Nesvold, said, "We hosted investor meetings with UPS management. The TNT acquisition is expected to close by year end, assuming the EC concludes its review by mid-December. Mgmt remains cautious near-term on the U.S. economy. Longer-term, UPS is focused on integrating TNT, growing its B2C business globally, expanding the network in emerging growth regions of the world, and growing the supply chain business."
