Jefferies maintains a 'Buy' on First Cash Financial (NASDAQ: FCFS) price target of $48.00.

Analyst, Daniel Furtado, said, "On August 16, 2012, FCFS announced an acquisition of 16 western pawn stores at a purchase price of $46M. The deal represents a 10% expansion in domestic full-format stores, with $0.02 to $0.03 add'l cost expected in 3Q'12. We are updating our numbers, and estimate $0.02 accretion in 2013 based on increased pawn loan balances."

Lowers current quarter EPS from $0.70 to $0.65, but raises FY13 from $3.24 to $3.26.
