Verizon (VZ) Moves Higher on FCC Approval of $3.6B Spectrum Deal (CMCSA)

Verizon (NYSE: VZ) is moving higher following headlines that the FCC and Comcast (Nasdaq: CMCSA) received FCC approval for their $3.6 billion spectrum deal.

Verizon is down 0.3 percent, but moving higher on the session.
