Barclays reiterates an 'Overweight' on Radware (NASDAQ: RDWR) price target of $40.00.
Analyst, Joseph Wolf, said, "While the guidance is muted based on macro concerns, 3Q should still be the company's best quarter ever and we expect 4Q to be up as well. We believe that RDWR can grow faster than the overall ADC market and even accelerate revenues in 2013 through a combination of leading technology, OEM agreements, headcount growth, and market share gains."
RDWR's CEO also explained taht the ADC licensing agreement reached between Juniper (Nasdaq: JNPR) & RVBD, saying that licensing deals carry IP and business risks that outweigh potential one-time returns.
