Sterne Agee maintains a 'Neutral' on Dell (NASDAQ: DELL).

Analyst, Shaw Wu, said, "DELL reported a decent quarter with a sizable EPS beat and slight revenue miss. However, quality of earnings may be a concern with some one-time items. Moreover, its outlook was surprisingly weak despite already low expectations. With key competitors Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL), IBM (NYSE: IBM), and Cisco (Nasdaq: CSCO) posting better results, one can't help but wonder if DELL is simply losing share. Bottom line is that the transformation beyond PCs is tougher and taking much longer than the bulls expected."

"For FY13, we are now at $57.8 billion in revenue and $1.85 in EPS (from $61 billion and $2.00 in EPS) vs. consensus at $59.7 billion and $1.91 in EPS and for FY14, $60.7 billion and $1.95 in EPS (from $64 billion and $2.15 in EPS) vs. consensus at $60.5 billion and $2.00 in EPS."
