Nomura Securities maintains a 'Neutral' on ARM Holdings (NASDAQ: ARMH).

Analyst, Stuart Jeffrey, said, "Management appears fairly comfortable with the current full year guidance, and expects normal seasonality in royalty revenues in Q4.
Management also suggested that complementary return to shareholders beyond the current progressive dividend policy may be considered, although the decision is unlikely to be imminent...ARM’s commentary implied that a royalty rate ranging between 4c-5c per chip would be reasonable to expect in the short and medium run."

"ARM reiterated that Intel (Nasdaq: INTC)(Reduce-rated, PT$25) Medfield based smartphone solution is one to two generations behind ARM’s and suggested that closing the gap may get harder for Intel going forward. In addition, material efforts are still required for Intel to build a strong ecosystem...On the upcoming Windows 8-based devices, ARM appears confident on its ability to retain its share in tablets and other similar form factors."
