Research In Motion Limited (Nasdaq: RIMM) CEO Thorsten Heins said BlackBerry 10 will soon be ready for licensing to other companies, according to reports from Bloomberg citing an interview with Mr. Heins.
He also said the company will expand the scope of its devices beyond smartphones and tablets.
Shares of RIMM are not reacting much to the headlines, down 2.2 percent into the close.
