UBS initiates coverage on Five Below (NASDAQ: FIVE) with a Neutral. PT $35.00.

Analyst, Michael Lasser, said, "The company is uniquely positioned to provide an experiential shopping trip with a differentiated, changing and value-focused product offering targeting the $250B teen and pre-teen market. The attractive economics of its 7,500 sq-ft stores (~145% yr 1 four-wall ROI) and early stage of market penetration (~12% into 2,000+ U.S. store opportunity) make Five Below one of the most compelling growth stories in retail."

However, Lasser notes that the company is trading at 26x 2013/18x 2014 EBITDA and 54.5x 2013/36.5x 2014 EPS, which is a 20-50% premium over peers.
