GSI Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: GSIG) reported Q2 EPS of $0.13, $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenue for the quarter came in at $70.38 million versus the consensus estimate of $89.2 million.

Sees Q3 2012 revenue of $68-$73 million, versus the consensus of $99.46 million.
