Deutsche Bank downgraded comScore (NASDAQ: SCOR) from Buy to Hold with a price target of $13.00 (from $25.00)

Deutsche analyst said, "While we think comScore remains well positioned to provide some of the tools in an increasingly fragmented media ecosystem, the disappointing Q2 result and guidance suggests a struggle to scale profitably, near-term headwinds, and less stability and predictability. We downgrade to Hold as we await more convincing signs of execution...We now have 2012E revenue growing just +7% (+20% previously) and EBITDA margins contracting 310bp (+140bp previously)."
