UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on Meritor (NYSE: MTOR) price target of $4.50 (from $5.00).

Analyst, Colin Langan, said, "MTOR's revised end market assumptions seem realistic; however our analysis suggests that there is some cushion in the midpoint of sales guidance (UBSe ~$125m). Consequently, we expect sales to be at the high end of guidance. While we see sales guidance as conservative, the midpoint of EBITDA margin guidance implies only 11% contribution on lower sales. Note, margins would need to increase q/q on lower sales in order to reach the high end of margin guidance."

FY12 EPS estimate cut from $1.27 to $1.03,FY13 from $1.45 to $1.25.
