UPDATE: UBS Starts Embraer (ERJ) at Buy; Regional Jet Fears Overdone

UBS initiates coverage on Embraer (NYSE: ERJ) with a Buy. PT $32.00.

Analyst, Darryl Genovesi, said, "Relative EPS growth has been the most important driver of ERJ performance historically. We believe the stock now prices in an EPS decline trading at a 30%+ discount to peers/market, while we think double-digit EPS growth is achievable even assuming much lower regional jet (RJ) production. We think ERJ can trade higher on strong relative EPS growth, along with improving RJ orders and cash generation driven by higher customer deposits and lower cash R&D spend."
