Dahlman Rose downgraded Potash Corp. (NYSE: POT) from Buy to Hold.
Analyst, Charles Neivert, said, "We are closing our bullish near-term call on fertilizer shares and turning cautious on the industry. The upside in the 2013/2014 crop has largely played out and drought conditions introduce a multitude of downside risks which outweigh the rewards in our view, especially if ethanol comes into the mix."
The firm also downgraded Agrium (NYSE: AGU) and Rentech Nitrogen Partners (NYSE: RNF) this morning.
