Barclays maintains an 'Equalweight' on Pfizer (NYSE: PFE) price target of $22.00.

Analyst, C. Anthony Butler, noted that PFE topped Q2 estimates by $0.08 on stronger-than-expected revenues...with emerging markets giving a big push. Looking into 2013, Butler sees major product launches, but a return of biopharma growth may have to wait. He cites a possible 3-month delay in the approval of tofacitinib and he doesn't feel ORAL-START will persuade physicians to bypass methrotrexate. Eliquis should get approval in December and core drivers like Prevnar 13 and Lyrica may not completely offset expiration pressures in 2012.

Separately, Butler doesn't see the company spinning-off or selling more established products, however, dacomitinib and the meningitis B vaccine should sustain pipeline interest.
