Harsco Corp. (NYSE: HSC) reported Q2 EPS of $0.43, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $771 million versus the consensus estimate of $821.87 million.

Harsco Corp. sees Q3 2012 EPS of $0.32-$0.38, versus the consensus of $0.46.
