Acacia Research (ACTG) Announces Litigation Settlement with Citigroup (C)

Acacia Research Corporation (Nasdaq: ACTG) announced today that its Program Rewards Solutions LLC subsidiary entered into a settlement agreement with Citigroup Inc. (NYSE: C) The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
