Jefferies maintains a 'Buy' on Whiting Petroleum (NYSE: WLL) price target of $65.00 (from $70.00).
Analyst, Biju Z Perincheril, said, "Near-term there is upside to '12 growth targets, with double-digith growth expected again in '13, although WLL is outspending CF to achieve this. But balance sheet has plenty of capacity. Shares continue to be attractive on P1 valuation ($59 on $95/$4 deck)."
FY12 EPS estimate lowered from $4.10 to $3.79 and FY13 from $4.20 to $3.68.
