Miller Tabak upgraded Syngenta (NYSE: SYT) from Neutral to Buy following second-half 2012 results from the company this morning.
The company said sales were up 7 percent to $8.3 billion, while net income was up 5 percent to $1.5 billion. EPS totaled $17.17, up about 10 percent.
Shares of Syngenta are up nearly 5 percent to $67.99 at last check.
