Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR) reported Q2 FFO of $0.95, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.92. Revenue for the quarter came in at $616.45 million versus the consensus estimate of $591.93 million.
Sees FY2012 FFO of $3.70-$3.74, versus prior guidance of $3.63-$3.69 and the consensus of $3.72.
